Counselling is a
beautiful journey of self discovery
In my therapeutic work, I take a very individual approach to your concerns and therapeutic goals. The methods I use are based on the latest research and are adapted to your needs in order to provide you with the best possible support in your development process.

40%
Of the work is done before you even reach the counselling room.
It comes from realising that you are struggling and then taking those first brave steps to looking for help.
I help you to cope with stressful situations, strengthen your resources and regain your emotional well-being. I have experience working clients with stress, anxiety, grief, depression, low self esteem and relationship issues.
I would be happy to accompany you in
starting and deepening this process.

Humanistic or Person-Centered Counselling is based on the belief that every individual has the innate ability to grow and find their own solutions to life’s challenges.
Developed by Carl Rogers, this approach emphasizes creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood and accepted.
The therapist listens empathetically, offering genuine, unconditional positive regard, which helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
The goal is to empower individuals to reconnect with their true selves and make decisions that promote personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional healing.
